Emily Blackman
Assistant Vice President, Associate Financial Advisor
Emily Blackman joined The Badgett Landrum Lim Group in 2026. Emily supports the team through developing marketing initiatives, financial planning coordination, and team management, helping deliver a seamless and thoughtful client experience.
She began her career at Baird in 2018 and has served in several roles, including Senior Portfolio Management Assistant with Baird Trust and Client Specialist with Baird Private Wealth Management. Emily holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and currently serves on the board of Ascend, Baird’s Associate Resource Group for Women.
Prior to joining Baird, Emily spent 10 years working in the legal industry and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University Southeast.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years, Robert, and their two children, Mason (13) and Maddie (2). Much of their free time is spent at Patoka Lake, where they enjoy camping and boating. She also co-owns LM Sugarbush, a second-generation family farm in Salem, Indiana.
